![]() After the color corrector, I simply apply a light layer of this concealer with a medium flat brush in a triangle shape and blend everything by dabbing my YBP sponge. Once you have set the concealer with a loose powder, it is not going to smudge or melt at all. ![]() The concealer is waterproof and smudge proof. Even for face, it gives me medium coverage when mixed with other base products. For the face, I either mix with low coverage liquid foundations or with BB/CC creams or sometimes even with my tinted sunscreen. I wanted my under eyes to look properly concealed (rather than ashy and white) and also used the same concealer for the face. My skin tone matched with NC42 which has a distinct warm undertone and doesn't make me look ashy at all. It offers around 16 shades of cool and warm undertones and intentionally I chose the shade which matches my skin tone. I use a slight layer of the orange corrector and use this MAC concealer to conceal and brighten. I have hereditary dark circles so I have to use a peach/orange corrector. Coming to the coverage, it gives medium to full coverage. You can definitely build-up if required but start off with few dots. Also, I noticed that you need a very tiny amount, preferably few dots because with this concealer 'less is more'. It also has a creamy touch to it and the moment you start blending, you would know how easy it is to work with. ![]() It has medium kind of consistency – neither runny nor thick. The texture of the product is pretty workable. ![]()
